Not a customer's fault for no money in ATM

My 12 year old daughter got money via ewallet from her dad, on the 08th November. We were unable to withdraw in in the 16 hours allocated period. On Sunday the 11th November 2018, we went to withdraw it (Fnb - Bertrams) and there wasn't enough funds. She could only withdraw R200. We then requested another pin and went to Darras Centre to withdraw the balance but the ATM had no funds, we tried to used the same pin for the ATM next to the one, you had used and we got an error.

We requested a pin again and on the screen it said there was a R10 and some odd being charged and she could not withdraw her full R150 balance. I think it's unfair that she couldn't withdraw her full money due to a fault on the part of FNB and she needs / needed it for schiil.

Her number is ********** .

Please return the money so we can request a PIN to withdraw the R50
