Not 30 day loan!

Poorest service ever!! Took out a 30 day loan and they took the same money they gave me the next morning! How is that a 30day loan!! It is for a emergency that is why we took the 30day loan how can fnb take it back the next morning as soon as I want to withdraw the money!!
