What is going on at Norwood branch??

No manager available to talk to. “Has an appointment.” Outside of branch, apparently. One teller open at month end. And gone “offline” twice in 2 days, had to wait over an hour only to be told I must come back another time??

What is going on there and who is responsible for this abysmal “service”?
