Northgate Mall FNB - who manages your resources?

How is it that the waiting times for a teller at the Northgate Branch is always in excess of 20-30 min with only One teller available? Come on guys, this is a daily experience and by warning customers at the door doesn’t fix the problem. Yet you have 2-3 people meeting people at the door and other two employees standing around sharing laughs and chats, clearly your resource management needs attention.
