Northgate business ac blocked

The account opening process was fantastic in February 2018. A few weeks later in March our account was blocked for no debits or credits ?. Efforts to get information on the matter has been fruitless. We got ref of IC 68464 on 6 April 2018 with , “we will get back to you shortly” response and poor us we are still waiting watching helplessly as they deduct service fees for no service granted!

Reviewer Update
Good day Thank you for your response. Who is supposed to get back to us? We managed to get a response from the Branch Manager Northgate who gave us a brief background and refered us to ***** Focus. I wrote them an email two days ago which they are yet to respond to. You see this is where my frustration comes from, from the 6th of April I have written close to 10 emails and not even I was responded to. The investigator is probably still investigating but guess what we are not ********** and there is nothing to investigate. I am a banker by profession and I can safely say this is not what I regard as service. 23 hrs ago I wrote an email to ********** were I was requesting for an update and again no response? I also wanted to know whether this was a ploy to delay in resolving our long outstanding issue so that you may continue getting service fees for no service rendered??? What is our crime???? That someone called and said something about us or our account and you believed that person without even getting our side of the story? Or is it that then we only had zar1500 and your other customer had millions of rands or is it racial? At the end of the day we are all customers paying for a service and should be treated fairly. Or maybe at FNB customers are guilty first then innocent later???? I feel the hold on the account was a knee jerk response. Am very concerned .
