Nooooooo service!!!

This is really the most terrible bank we ever deal with…. We FICA in January 2024 and we must FICA again March 2024 !!!! With numerous calls e-mail private banker nothing help!!!! Who is still responsible for their work!!!!!!!!!!! Terrible!!!!
