Nonsensical service I've ever received on earth-FNB

What the **** is going on here???

This must be 1 hell of a joke!!! You have been switching my debit orders but yet you didn't switch the most important thing of them all!!! How are the debit orders going to run now since you didn't switch my salary? Do you want me to run into arrears??? May you offer me credit if my credit score is negatively affected? I am just a phone call or email away from my HR for heaven sake & I could have contacted them directly to just switch the salary in just seconds but I couldn't as I had confidence in the weakest FNB Banking system. Capitec issued me with a letter and requested me to send it to my employer. This is what reputable banks do. Maybe it's better I keep my account with Capitec Bank. Less charges & less stress. They were able to switch my debit orders in just less than a month! FNB is just 1 hell of a bunch of loosers! Please tell me what has been the greatest challenge for switching just a salary? The worst nonsensical service I ever came across. ******* at it's best. No wonder I received a call from someone at salary switching department earlier. So that person wanted to tell me she couldn't switch my salary just a day before I get paid-Tell her not to call me anymore. I've never been so irritated my entire life. Maybe this is just a dream and tomorrow when I wake up it will be changed and I feel so highly disrespected! **** FNB.
