Nonsensical Service from FNB Law on call

Good day,

Can FNB Law on Call please take me serious for once. On the 16th July, I raised a query with FNB Law on call and I spoke to a gentlemen named Mshizi, told him my story and he asked if I could forward via email my query and all proof I have, of which I did on the email he gave ***. Until today I haven't received any feedback from him.

Yesterday the 24th Aug I call to follow, I speak to a guy called Warren and he tells me that Mshizi is busy on another, he has left a message for him to contact me. I hear nothing from him, again today 25th, I call and speak to Lindi and she tells me the guy is on lunch and he will ask him to call at 14h00 when he returns. It is now 17h00, exactly 3 hours later and I still haven't received no call.

Why is FNB Law on call giving it's clients this nonsense service, as if we are not paying. This is absolutely ridiculous, I was sooo ****en ****ed off at the moment. My airtime, time and stuff is waisted. Lastly they are giving me more stress, on top of the one I need them to resolve for me.

No man this is not right.
