Nonsensical service

This bank is full of nonsense and bull****…… When someone does pay and clear it means it’s an emergency and it’s even worse when we do the calling to show it an emergency and FNB still disappoints. I’ve been trying to do pay and clear and clear from yesterday and I’ve called fnb more than 5 times but still no assistance. Now that I’m reporting it on this platform they’ll call and apologise and act innocent as if they weren’t negligence. This is nonsense and bull**** ngempela.
