Nonsensical service

Online banking. There’s a forex company that I’ve always clicked on their link and then it direct me to my fnb and I was always able to pay but for the past few months I haven’t been able to so I always had to use other people’s accounts. I’ve called FNB on numerous occasions with no help at all. I’m tired of their nonsense and ***********. They’d transfer me from one department to another.
