Nonsensical Carol and FNB

FNB is full of nonsense for real including its workers especially the lady by the name of Carol. It wasn’t the first time that I paid this person but he didn’t receive the funds and when I called in the morning I spoke to a lady by the name of carol who was very rude and wasn’t willing to listen to me. When she spoke I’d listen but when it was my turn to speak she’d disturb me. This is nonsense. We are business here and you can’t hold funds for someone that we’ve paid before then your rude, untrained employees tell us nonsense after. I paid three people last night but the other two received the money only one didn’t receive it. It shows the inconsistency of FNB’s so called procedures and processes . This is plain nonsense and it’s killing our businesses .
