Nonsensical bank with *********** employees

Poor client service and disregard for the clients. On the 17 September 2020 I paid off my personal loan with the bank. 1 October I sent an email requesting paid up letter after calling the department with no success, only received an automated response from the bank but still today nothing.. No update on my credit records, no paid up letter but all I get is the pre programmed nonsensical calls to remind of the next payment date for the loan.. Indeed this bank's employees are ***********
