Nonsense online services re/ property purchase inquiry

Useless call back service. I've tried many times to apply online for Islamic Property Finance enquiry, and each time I fill in the info I only get an email stating "Thank you for sending an enquiry to us. We will contact you within 2 working days (Monday to Friday). Alternatively, you may contact us directly on ***to follow up on this enquiry." ? No one called or followed. Tried to call that number and it keep me on hold/waiting with no response, tried FNB App chat, and I was on a double-digit queue. Really frustrating. Visiting the ant branch is a nightmare, let alone I am working till late.
