Nonsense hard lock

Opened an easy zero account months bank via my phone and deposited money just to see how it works but to this day I can't do anything on that account, I can't buy airtime nor send myself the money back because my account had a hard lock on it.. Went to the Glen branch yesterday, they took fingerprints to verify me but still I can't use this damn account and it's frustrating because I need the money
