Nonsense charges

I see there's charges on my account called honoring charges, first of all you guys confirmed my account will not go into negative because this was fixed (apparently) now if I look at my statement, my account is sitting in -2700 because you lie to me and now you charging me R50 a transaction over because you don't know how block transactions when an account has no money. This is ***** and you are again doing unsolicited lendin which I did not agree to.
