****** NONSENSE!!!!!!!!

Unbelievable that my account is blocked, absolutely shocking that my personal account has been blocked because of some document that is supposedly outstanding on my child's account, I get my salary in this account and now I can't transact on it, I went to the branch and instead of being given the form I should complete, I was told about original documents, do these people not work for the same organization and my time is being wasted now, do you not know that I use my account on a daily basis, am I not getting my salary paid and debit orders paid because of this what nonsense is this!!!!!!!!
