Nonsense banking

Two weekseparate back I adjusted my petrol card limit online on my laptop.

Today I attempted to adjust the card limit on my petrol card and the adjustment option on my petrol card has been removed. FNB did not even bother to let us know of success a removal.

Then I had to call the helpline, wasting more of my time.

The agent said it's fine he has adjusted it as I requested on the telephone.

Later my Employees try to use it only to find that the limits are unchanged.

My Employees 100km away. I have to further waste my time and petrol to swipe for them because fnb telephone helpline doesn't operate at night.

This is bull FNB. Bull **** at its best
