If i could give a negative star i would, Firstly you pay enormous amounts of money for a banking professional to assist you but you always have to call call centers to get anything done, Secondly for the monthly fee we pay this bank you would expect the app that is required for you to do anything to work smoothly it takes little over 10minutes to get a single task done as it just malfunctions constantly, ive seen reviews based on this dating back months this simply means fnb does not care
