Nonsense App

Again i am left in bewilderment with this bank, its month end and i am unable to use my app after trying to update. I left my laptop at work because i rely on the app, but now this, i feel like ill never actually be happy at this bank and i just need to accept it. Whats annoying is that you cant do anything without an app or otp so i am stuck until i get to the office hay i am defeated beyond comprehension now
