Nonsense and Pathetic service from FNB!!!

I have been struggling with FNB for the longest of times. Today alone I spent 6 hours trying to reach their collections department for a mere letter and its not happening. Either the phone just reroutes me back to their menu, gets cut of or someone answers and just breathes.

I have been to a branch who also made me call for over an hour to the same people I have been trying to call with no hope or assistance. FNB is ruining my life as I need this document to be able to clear my name with the bereau. This has frustrated me to a point I have already closed all accounts I had with you guys and nothing is improving.

What is so difficult with getting help.
