Nonsense

I see -R802 balance on my account. When i call to ask... im being told that where I swiped... did their banking late. Whereas when I swiped I had money and I got the notification. So I also got charged for not 'having fund's where as I did. If I didn't have... the payment would have not gone through. How is it my fault that wherever I bought did their banking late.. I swiped on August and 1 and had months later it gets banked. I accepted defeat and waited to get paid so that they can take that money... now another amount was charged saying I didn't have fund's when I bought AGAIN. If I didn't why the hell did it go through. So we get charged for things that have nothing to with us. The stores I went to managed to get their money cause it's there but I got charged as if I didn't have money. I know that I get charged for debit orders that didn't go through not for when stores decide to bank late. Now when I get paid.. this ridiculous amount will be taken. Fnb knows I had money when I swiped.. who the he'll is supposed to pay for those charges???? I wouldn't swipe if there were insufficient fund's. Someone explain this nonsense to me
