NONE EXISTANT SERVICE AT FNB

I have been trying to close my account with FNB and get the money that was debited incorrectly reversed to my account since mid August. Ive sent numerous emails requesting the cancellation and closure of my account. After numerous phone calls with long durations I have not been assisted.

This is terrible service from such a big company.
