Nondumiso at fnb is lazy and ***********

I'm not able to transfer funds into my home loan.

Contact in app chat support but nondumiso doesn't want to assist me. Instead she tells me to phone in.

I don't want to be on the phone!!!!

Please fix your ****ing app problems so I can transfer funds into my bond
