Non responsive, *********** and unprofessional ***** department

Absolutely useless and non responsive ***** department. One would think that the urgency of ***** (Ie money being ********ly ****** from an attorneys trust account) and possibly being spent or withdrawn as I type this they would afford us the basic decency of ANSWERING THEIR PHONES.

Absolutely speechless at their complacency and unprofessional conduct.
