Non-Responsive FNB

I was recently offered an overdraft facility by FNB which I accepted. A few weeks later I began to receive calls to sign the overdraft agreement, I delayed signing because every time I was asked to complete the agreement telephonically was unable due to my being in situations that would not allow for an oral signature at the time.

I then asked the consultant to send me a copy of the Agreement on the 10th of October 2018, so that I can sign it, which he did. I then received an email on the 17th of October 2018 from Sizwe Khuzwayo threatening to revoke the facility if I don't call the ********** number.

I have been unsuccessful in trying to get ahold of Sizwe, since receiving this email. I signed the agreement and emailed it and have yet to receive confirmation of receipt but I did, however, receive an email on the 18th in which . he states that he tried to get ahold of me which is a complete lie because I have no record of such a phone call.

I have been trying to get ahold but the automated response keeps placing me on hold, as we speak I have been on hold for over 40 minutes and no one has attempted to pick or respond I have even left a message for them to call me back but no one has.

This is truly absurd!!!
