Non response from FNB Home Loans Division in excess of 6 weeks.

I am incredibly disgusted with FNB Home loans division. We sold our house early February. The necessary documentation was forwarded to FNB home Loans for a settlement figure to date we have not received a settlemen figure from FNB. We have sent numerous e-mails either by ourselves or via the attorneys that are handling the transfer of ownership. Not a single reply has been received. we have contacted FNB attorneys with no response whatsoever. We have left messages with no return calls. This could possibly lead to the cancellation of the sale by the purchasers. The fact that FNB homeloans do not have the courtesy of responding and identiftying any possible issues is most disturbing.
