NON-RESPONSE FOR URGENT TIME SENSITIVE MATTERS

I am absolutely disgusted with the non-service from FNB when it comes to claiming in terms of a "law policy" which has been paid monthly for years and years. I contacted them about a month ago and suddenly, on a Friday afternoon when they decide to wake up and instruct attorneys, the attorneys are 200km away from where we need to execute documents. Absolutely *********** legal advisors with no clue of what they are doing. One star is too much in this instance.
