Non-responds from FNB Home loans

Hallo all, we have been with FNB for more that 30 years and everything has been smooth sailing up 4 months ago, we FNB decided to close the One account and transfer us to a Homeloan account. The Bank manager, who is working at the door of FNB Empangeni, managaing the people coming through the door, that moring was unwilling to assist us with the qestions we had. He simple direct us to a small wallside Telephone booth inside the back, for us to call the Home loan department. How much is he getting paid to direct people? We we unable to het hold of Home loans after numerous times, from the Bank and from Home. We we quickly learing that this was a waste of our time and Money. The next step was to send emails to Home loans. We will get a automatic responds back " We will respond to your email with in 48 hours.....Blah Blah". It never happened. We ended-up going to see a Lawyer, at our on costs, to get some clatity regarding the Documents we had to sign. Where we are now... 1. The Veriation agreement has been signed (08/03/2021). 2 The DOA has been signed and emailed (23/04/2021).......Still waiting for a responds from Home loans. Please assist by giving us an update and a dedicated phone number and a email address of someone we can call to get an update. and though the this process.
