Non-resolution centre

10 months later and still no joy. Still waiting for the ebucks you said would he paid as my refund...calling your resolution center always holding, 10 mins and no answer. When I got through I spoke to Jackie, she did not get back to me. Bongani, emailed 4 times, no response. Is this called customer resolution center? I think not. ***NF is my reference. Dont bother calling if its not to say my refund has been paid.
