Non-refundable money from FNB

I am experiencing problems with FRBDebtReview ********** my account for my Credit Card and Personal Loan but my main concern is my Credit Card was been settled since February 2017, unfortunately I didn't request the settlement letter so I will send to my Debt Review so they will stop paying for my credit card since March 2017 till October 2018 the money has send to my credit card, I tried to resolve the problem but they keep on refunding me with not full amount that is over charge and they don't send full statement. I called them several times they keep on promising they will resolve the issue but they refund with not the full amount that has been overcharged and I don't get the reason for doing that.
