Non Payment on Policy
My sister passed on last year November and has a credit carf life cover policy with FNB. On submitting all relevant documents during January they informed that the pay out will take 7-14 working days.
When following up they informed that all documents were in order and are processed for payment, but nothing has come to light. Last week on querying again we were informed that there are missing information and that an assessor will call, but no one did.
On visiting a FNB branch on Saturday , we were informed that all is in order for payment, but yet again nothing.
No call, or email to set the family's mind at ease.
My sister paid for over 24 years on this benefit, and at least tried to leave a small inheritance for her 73 year old mother, but as usual no financial institute cares as long as they received premiums every month, and to hell with beneficiaries.
