Non of their Business

One of FNB client(TK Trailers in Booysen) bumped my car on the 11th of june and i was refered to FNB by TK Trailers to claim, still today my is not fixed, FNB consultant asked to sent them documents which i did and they were forwarded to a arrogant lady by the name of Susan who advised me that it not their problem i must see myself, so FNB insurance brokers ***** big time if you are insured by FNB south africa expect run around when you claim from them.
