Non functional fnb banking App

I have on numerous occasions tried on my fnb app to download a bank statement, wach time i try i get a message that bank statement is not available. How is this possible ? Its total nonsense. I tried logging a complaint, no response. If i had the time to go to a bank or ATM i would of done so, i do not. What is the purpose of an app with features if half the functions dont work ? And yes i do have the most recent updated app. I want someone to assist me please, e mail me a bank statement my e mail is seansbutton@gmail .com
