Non Feedback of an application
I since submitted my existing life cover for a possible switch on the 08th October 2024 and haven’t heard anything from you. The last time you did something similar was because you couldn’t beat my current schedule, is this how you operate? Am I to assume you’re not coming back to me because my current schedule is better than what your best? Let’s see if I’m wrong!

17 Oct 2024, 08:41All the more frustrating when you try and make contact with the relevant department to no success through phone calls and e-mails. Chat service even worse, it's like you deliberately spear headed a project to recruit air heads.
FNB's products are great, but when it comes to service, don't be fooled, "not all that glitters is gold".
