Non existing telephonic support

FNB's telephonic support is abysmal. Getting cut off 5 times in a row is pathetic. It looks like as soon as the call center operator doesn't know what to do, they just disconnect the call. And here we are, the poor public, having to pay for all that minutes sitting on the phone, while *********** call center operators just draw their salary every month.
