Non existing FNB Senior Managerment

I wrote a review a week ago re the poor services received from FNB. Our company has a corporate account with FNB. I send 2 mails asking senior management to contact me. Needless to say I did not received a call from any senior manager nor from the supposed support desk that would follow up on my review. I can thus only warn anybody who wants to open a corporate account to stay away unless you are happy with no service at all.
