Non existing customer service

I lodged 3 queries with FNB and asked them to respond to my queries on email because I can't answer my phone during a work day, all of my queries have been ignored. I've made all my payments to all my accounts and still get sent messages to pay my accounts...they are the worst and would not advise anyone to use them.
