NON EXISTENT SERVICE FROM FNB

I had 2 *****ulent transaction on my card and I tried to report it on the app, no use, tried the personal banking message centre which I pay a lot of money for, no use. Phoned more than 3 times, no use. Ask them to call me urgently on the personal message app, no one is calling. Why? I am extremely dissatisfied with FNB and the service that is just getting worse and worse but they are very efficient in taking my money!!!!
