Non existent service from FNB

I sent a request for assistance on the 27th of April got a email from a unattended mailbox that I will get assistance within two days. A week later logged another ticket for assistance still not even one response. On Monday I logged a complaint on there website not even they responded I'm extremely annoyed with there level of service and hopefully they will respond to this review.
