Non existent service FNB revolving facility!!!!!!!

I’m disgusted by the service received from the revolving facility department. I’ve made arrangements since Dec 2025 without any success throughout the process I’ve made a minimum payment due to the fact that I’ve lost my job. I keep receiving harassing calls daily even though I’ve made an arrangement. This morning I received an email from clear score that I’ve missed a payment. This did not happen in Dec2025 nor Jan 2026. I’ll appreciate communication from this dept because I not letting this go without a fight. Furthermore, I’ll appreciate rectification of this on my credit record. Kindly phone me on *** because contacting your call centre is another sport!!!!!!
