Non existent Service
No one can complain about the service at FNB becuases there is NONE. Call centre more than patethic. Online chat ridiculous. I am closing all my accounts with immediate effect this bank is actually scary

27 Nov 2023, 15:01I am sick of the same response - ***NF reference number was allocated on Thursday of last week. No action yet in the interrim. All my telephonic efforts in vain. I have spent hours on the phone. You left me penniless as a widow bno notification and this is the second time in 3 months. I have received a pay back from SARS subsequently you froze my current account. I went to the branch with an Account Statement from SARS but no FNB took their time to to release my funds. Now you did it for a second time.

27 Nov 2023, 15:15I have just quitted from a call with FNB - my current account was uplifted but not my savings account - this account is NOT LINKED TO SARS at all confirmed by my accountant you have no right to to freweze my savings account please provide an e mail address where I can upload my Account statement from SARS. My tax consultant again confirmed that there is nothing issued from SARS
