NON EXISTENT SERVICE BY FNB

Appalling services from the Estates department. I simply cannot get them to close 2 deceased estate accounts and I am truly at my wit’s end. This has resulted in significant losses in interest and due to the appreciation of the rand. Every other bank has long since closed the deceased’s accounts, sold of shares etc. Is there anyone in authority to contact?
