Non-existent service and *********** staff

I tried to withdraw money from an ATM. The ATM gave me my card and got stuck on the "Take your card" screen without dispensing my cash. The amount however deducted from my account. I've been to the branch to submit an ATM dispute, I've spoken to at least 20 different people in your call centre, yet not a single person can help me further. I've had absolutely no feedback whatsoever and the one person is just referring me to the next, without anyone even trying to assist.

Not sure what happened to your customer service, not even sure you can call it that, as it's non-existent.

All this while FNB took my money!!!

I will make sure I take a way all my accounts and also inform all my friends and family of this, so they can do the same.

Most shocking service ever.
