Non existent Private Wealth Department

My review is about the Non existent Private Wealth department at FNB. I sent an email to this department since I am a private wealth client. It has been five days no response. I used the secure chat spoke with a Zakhele no response. I have since come to the conclusion that there is no private wealth department, it's all a **** created by FNB to drain people for the service fee of been a private wealth
