non existent premier client assistance

<p>i upgraded my account to islamic finance premier account and then changed my mind as i realised that premier select is better suited to me. the premier call centre is unable to assist as the islamic premier account cannot be accessed by the premier call centre. talk of two banks in one bank. islamic finance close at 4pm and thereafter no contact with ANYBODY.fnb advertise 24 support but this isobviously a lie. i will never believe their advertising ever again</p>
