Non existent poor service

Why do you offer a personal relationship banker on the platinum package??? They seem to be non existent, never available, do not contact you back in 1 business day, they ignore your queries, and now I have to be stuck with a stupid call center who also promises to call me back, but never does... voice recordings available and emails to this fact. Problem relates to a dispute on my platinum credit card, with no feedback in the last two weeks. I have now been told numerous times this should have been done in 48 hours. Once again voice recording available to say they will cal me back. yea, right. Seems my relationship banker got her training from the same people who trained the call center staff. I did give her 24 hour notice before posting these comments. Now I still have my unresolved problem on my credit card. Will this be resolved??? I honestly dont know. I will not hold my breath. At least when I was with standard bank my personal banker was always available.... I really miss her now.
