Non existent integrity from online banking enterprise

Had i read the frustration from other users i wouldve saved myself the trouble. Don't even consider FNB for any banking needs. Opened a new business account for a new church on Friday the 16th May. Called online banking enterprise to set up a profile for online banking on the 19th of May and was given reference OPP-772899-Y8R0J. I was also told i would be called by Wednesday the 21st May but low and behold i still didnt get a call even by the 23rd of May and thats when i called again and was told i would be called by 12pm on the 23rd of May. On the 26th of May i called again and still empty promises and no call even though i called twice on the 26th of May. I advise all business dont even bother opening an account with FNB they dont understanding the word integrity and dont keep to their word. The church if unable to operate and make payments purely because of the incompetence of this bank.
