NON-EXISTENT HELPFUL SUPPORT

FNB's support service is now almost non-existent, especially if you do not use the FNB App. The other issue is they want you to fill your account number and ATM pin number on their website, which everyone warns you not to do because of *****! They have gone so far into Artificial Intelligence, that personal service that is helpful and friendly is impossible to get from their offices.
