NON EXISTENT HELP FROM PAYPAL OR FNB

I am disgusted with the non existent service from Pay Pal and the lack of assistance from FNB. I have emailed PayPal and FNB and no joy. I needed funds urgently to survive and now it sits in PayPal. It asked for me to verify my account, I got a verification code. I enter the verification code and it tells me it is incorrect, I enter it again and same story. Now I log back onto PayPal and it asked for my card details agin, which I enter and it rejects the same card.

I have phoned PayPal and they have no call centre to assist, supposedly due to Covid (yet call centres are operating left right and centre) I have phoned FNB and they just say its not their devision. Yet FNB and PAyPal are FNB

Now my money sits there and I cant get it out !!!!!
