NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE JUST BAD ATTITUDE

My Hello Peter *** dated 22 March 2016. Thank you to Heinie who responded to my complaint and said he would phone me back the same day - I am still waiting for the call??? My query again, why my colleague was refunded in FULL and not me - check FNB Case Number: 28947 or RD *** and explain the reason to me. I want an explanation. This whole incident leaves me wondering who is behind the ***** with bank accounts. I will reiterate that I have NEVER used EWallet or Cell Phone Banking so why am I being penalized and not being refunded in FULL! Have the courtesy to respond. FNB stands for First National Bank? maybe change the name to FIRST NODDY BANK because this incident is becoming a joke now.
